Is it difficult to overcome the hardships? or how to overcome difficulties in Life:

problems, these are very common in life. I am sure that Everyone of us had gone through struggles and hardships in their lives at some point. Problem is nothing but the outcome of work what you ‘r expecting is different than the actual result and the situation which happened in your life is not favorable to you. It’s quite normal that most of us feel stressed and depressed immediately When the results are against to us. The stress and depression vary from person to person depending on their stability of mind. The stability of mind can be measured by, how long they can carry the stress? The way how they react to the situation? How soon they come out from pain? How are the emotions controlled? How good can they analyze the situation? How smooth can they hold the situation?


If we observe and analyze the problem's, none of the problems will stay with us for our entire life. Some problems are just like passing clouds, some will shake our life for some time and will be moved out, very few problems will stay longer period and again it depends on individual’s ability how soon they can handle and solve those. As per my understanding and analyzation, Problems are nowhere created it’s all in our minds. The way we think about a problem is the real problem rather than the outcome of an issue. Some people keep on thinking on the wrong side and will carry the negative emotions for a while, on the other side there are some people who can immediately come out of that negative emotion, what makes the difference between both its just stability of Mind and thoughts. Just remember, nothing is neither good or bad but thinking makes difference.


problems are nothing but great lessons in life, which will guide us on what to do and not do in future. When we re-think the issue, which happened in our life, the way we reacted to that issue seems to be silly now. It’s because, we learned some lessons on the way to solve that issue, if it repeats we know how to solve that without the tremble. The problem with some people is that they keep on thinking about the issue rather than a solution, when they keep on thinking and discussing the problem they never find a solution and will be more struggled and depressed. We all need to question our self when the problem occurs, how to solve the problem? what are the different ways to solve the problem? whose help is required to solve the problem? how soon can the problem be solved? If you ask these questions with in yourself, you will come to know the clear picture of the issue and the solution.

This is the first question which needs to come in our mind, how? To get an answer to this question, you must understand what exactly the problem and the root cause of that. Once you know the cause, you will come to know in and out of that problem and the ways to solve that issue.
what are the ways to solve the problem?


Once you know the cause and solution start thinking about the ways to implement that solution.
whose help is required to solve the problem?


while you’re working on the solution you may need help from someone to solve the issue. Find out the suitable person who can help you to solve the problem which occurred and Talk to them and seek help from them.
how soon can the problem be solved?


Once you know the cause and solution you can estimate the time approximately to implement the solution.
some are really panic, worried and some are calm, pleasant while Dealing with the same kind of issue, why? It’s because of mindset and the way they control emotions. The problem which we are struggling may not be the problem for others. Remember, bad things do happen how we respond to them define our character and the quality of life. We can choose to sit in sad by the loss or Can choose to rise from pain.

Is the Goals can be achieved by Thoughts? or The relationship between Thoughts and Goals:





This is very well experimented and proved by so many people from decades. The experiments and facts showed that thought's and goals are very much interlinked and work together. It’s 100% proven fact that "what we think we become”. If we are continuously thinking about either good or bad which means by unknowingly we are attracting and welcoming that in our lives in any of time. So, Please be cautious and aware what your strongly thinking and trying to attract in your lives.
I am sure that Everyone should have goals in lives that they want to prove and achieve. If you want to achieve a goal the first and foremost step is to attract and welcome that in your lives by positive thinking and the kind of feel that it's already accomplished in your lives. While you're discussing your goals with someone you should feel and discuss in such a way that it's already fulfilled successfully. The fact is that, if we have a strong wish towards the goal then the thought will come out as a magnetic vibration's which has the power to attract and will influence the person and situation to achieve the goal. It’s very difficult to tune our minds towards the goals by using thoughts but not impossible. It can be achieved by regular tuning and practice of our mind. As Japanese said, our minds are like Monkeys. Monkey can't sit for a moment in silent it's the same way our mind works. It would be very tedious to tie our mind and calm in one place but it can be achieved by Thought analyzation practice and meditation.


when did I get to know the relationship between Thoughts and Goals by reading the book's "secret" by Rhonda Byrne and "As a man  thinketh" by James Allen I  had a different kind of opinion as like all. How it works? first of all, how the mind can be controlled and focus on goals? Is it true that the thoughts, goals are interlinked? I find an answer for all of these questions by reading some other books like "The power of your subconscious mind" by Joseph Murphy and "The Power of Positive Thinking" by Norman Vincent Peale.In each and every personality development book Most of the authors mentioned that the goals should be written and keep in a place where we can see and remember frequently. Authors also mentioned that instead of thinking unwanted thoughts think only want to want to achieve a goal or Make some sentences which reflect your goals and keep murmuring those as many times as possible in a day in your mind. This can be benefited to us in two ways, The first and most important is to attract and welcome the goal towards our lives and the second and most important is to get rid of unwanted thoughts and keep focus only on goals.
We may get a question in our minds, Goals can be achieved by Keep on Attracting and positive thinking only? Absolutely not, we must do hard work and fight for what we want to reach heights. I can give you a guarantee that if you follow the methods which I mentioned above will help you to be confident and get your dreams come true As fast as possible in your lives. I have successfully implemented these methods(writing a goal and keep in a place where I can see and remember frequently and Make some sentences which reflect My goals and keep murmuring those as many times as possible in a day in my mind) and These methods are helpful and worked out for me to achieve some of the goals of mine. I am still using these methods to strive forward and reach heights what I want in my life.


While writing this article, two Sanskrit proverbs which is frequently used by my Grandmother flashed in my mind. Those are  "mathi  entho gathi anthe" and "Yad bhavam tad bhavati" which is translated into English as "You are what you think” or “You become what you believe”. Please be cautious and aware what you're thinking and trying to attract in your lives. So the lesson of the article is, If you want to achieve a new goal and reach heights you must first concentrate on your thought.
