Is it difficult to overcome the hardships? or how to overcome difficulties in Life:

problems, these are very common in life. I am sure that Everyone of us had gone through struggles and hardships in their lives at some point. Problem is nothing but the outcome of work what you ‘r expecting is different than the actual result and the situation which happened in your life is not favorable to you. It’s quite normal that most of us feel stressed and depressed immediately When the results are against to us. The stress and depression vary from person to person depending on their stability of mind. The stability of mind can be measured by, how long they can carry the stress? The way how they react to the situation? How soon they come out from pain? How are the emotions controlled? How good can they analyze the situation? How smooth can they hold the situation?


If we observe and analyze the problem's, none of the problems will stay with us for our entire life. Some problems are just like passing clouds, some will shake our life for some time and will be moved out, very few problems will stay longer period and again it depends on individual’s ability how soon they can handle and solve those. As per my understanding and analyzation, Problems are nowhere created it’s all in our minds. The way we think about a problem is the real problem rather than the outcome of an issue. Some people keep on thinking on the wrong side and will carry the negative emotions for a while, on the other side there are some people who can immediately come out of that negative emotion, what makes the difference between both its just stability of Mind and thoughts. Just remember, nothing is neither good or bad but thinking makes difference.


problems are nothing but great lessons in life, which will guide us on what to do and not do in future. When we re-think the issue, which happened in our life, the way we reacted to that issue seems to be silly now. It’s because, we learned some lessons on the way to solve that issue, if it repeats we know how to solve that without the tremble. The problem with some people is that they keep on thinking about the issue rather than a solution, when they keep on thinking and discussing the problem they never find a solution and will be more struggled and depressed. We all need to question our self when the problem occurs, how to solve the problem? what are the different ways to solve the problem? whose help is required to solve the problem? how soon can the problem be solved? If you ask these questions with in yourself, you will come to know the clear picture of the issue and the solution.

This is the first question which needs to come in our mind, how? To get an answer to this question, you must understand what exactly the problem and the root cause of that. Once you know the cause, you will come to know in and out of that problem and the ways to solve that issue.
what are the ways to solve the problem?


Once you know the cause and solution start thinking about the ways to implement that solution.
whose help is required to solve the problem?


while you’re working on the solution you may need help from someone to solve the issue. Find out the suitable person who can help you to solve the problem which occurred and Talk to them and seek help from them.
how soon can the problem be solved?


Once you know the cause and solution you can estimate the time approximately to implement the solution.
some are really panic, worried and some are calm, pleasant while Dealing with the same kind of issue, why? It’s because of mindset and the way they control emotions. The problem which we are struggling may not be the problem for others. Remember, bad things do happen how we respond to them define our character and the quality of life. We can choose to sit in sad by the loss or Can choose to rise from pain.

Is the Goals can be achieved by Thoughts? or The relationship between Thoughts and Goals:





This is very well experimented and proved by so many people from decades. The experiments and facts showed that thought's and goals are very much interlinked and work together. It’s 100% proven fact that "what we think we become”. If we are continuously thinking about either good or bad which means by unknowingly we are attracting and welcoming that in our lives in any of time. So, Please be cautious and aware what your strongly thinking and trying to attract in your lives.
I am sure that Everyone should have goals in lives that they want to prove and achieve. If you want to achieve a goal the first and foremost step is to attract and welcome that in your lives by positive thinking and the kind of feel that it's already accomplished in your lives. While you're discussing your goals with someone you should feel and discuss in such a way that it's already fulfilled successfully. The fact is that, if we have a strong wish towards the goal then the thought will come out as a magnetic vibration's which has the power to attract and will influence the person and situation to achieve the goal. It’s very difficult to tune our minds towards the goals by using thoughts but not impossible. It can be achieved by regular tuning and practice of our mind. As Japanese said, our minds are like Monkeys. Monkey can't sit for a moment in silent it's the same way our mind works. It would be very tedious to tie our mind and calm in one place but it can be achieved by Thought analyzation practice and meditation.


when did I get to know the relationship between Thoughts and Goals by reading the book's "secret" by Rhonda Byrne and "As a man  thinketh" by James Allen I  had a different kind of opinion as like all. How it works? first of all, how the mind can be controlled and focus on goals? Is it true that the thoughts, goals are interlinked? I find an answer for all of these questions by reading some other books like "The power of your subconscious mind" by Joseph Murphy and "The Power of Positive Thinking" by Norman Vincent Peale.In each and every personality development book Most of the authors mentioned that the goals should be written and keep in a place where we can see and remember frequently. Authors also mentioned that instead of thinking unwanted thoughts think only want to want to achieve a goal or Make some sentences which reflect your goals and keep murmuring those as many times as possible in a day in your mind. This can be benefited to us in two ways, The first and most important is to attract and welcome the goal towards our lives and the second and most important is to get rid of unwanted thoughts and keep focus only on goals.
We may get a question in our minds, Goals can be achieved by Keep on Attracting and positive thinking only? Absolutely not, we must do hard work and fight for what we want to reach heights. I can give you a guarantee that if you follow the methods which I mentioned above will help you to be confident and get your dreams come true As fast as possible in your lives. I have successfully implemented these methods(writing a goal and keep in a place where I can see and remember frequently and Make some sentences which reflect My goals and keep murmuring those as many times as possible in a day in my mind) and These methods are helpful and worked out for me to achieve some of the goals of mine. I am still using these methods to strive forward and reach heights what I want in my life.


While writing this article, two Sanskrit proverbs which is frequently used by my Grandmother flashed in my mind. Those are  "mathi  entho gathi anthe" and "Yad bhavam tad bhavati" which is translated into English as "You are what you think” or “You become what you believe”. Please be cautious and aware what you're thinking and trying to attract in your lives. So the lesson of the article is, If you want to achieve a new goal and reach heights you must first concentrate on your thought.

Books can change the way we think? or books have the power to Influence us?



 This is really an interesting topic, Isn’t? Let’s see what is interesting here, from our childhood onwards till date we read so many books. When we go back and re-think, is there any book which has a huge Influence on me or changed the way that I think? I assume most of us say not really. Here is the point, in this article, I am not going to discuss the Class Room Books or any Technical books relates to our professional lives. I am sure that the Class room books and technical books can give us Good Ranks, Jobs in Top MNC's and can change our life styles but not Good Behavior, Thought Process, Culture. Those books can't influence in any of our Thought process, Habits, Relations and the way we Think and we see the world. This can be accomplished only by the Personality Development books. What is meant by Personality Development? what Exactly this does? what are the benefits of this? Let me try to explain in my words.

When I say Personality, it’s divided into Two as according to me.one is Physical Personality and the other is mind Personality. In this article, we are going to discuss mind Personality. The mind Personality is nothing but the way we think about life, we act in a situation, the way we connect or break relations, The way we see the different Aspects. The Thought is the whole and sole base for all the Emotions, situations which are happening in our lives and Thought generated from our Mind.

Most of us think in such a way that, what will be written in this kind of books? Is that the author who writes the book will really follow what he mentioned in Book? Nowadays Everyone is writing the Personality Development Books, it's just a kind of business only, I know everything that is good and bad what else that I will get by wasting time on this kind of books? I Completely Agree with you all, we know what we are doing, what is good and bad but the problem over here is we will never follow the good methods. The personality development books will change our minds to follow and accustomed to good whatever we do and where ever we involved.
As In my understanding, below are some of the benefits which will get by Reading Personality Development books.
  • Books will Increase our Concentration
  • Books will increase our mind stability
  • Books will Increase our Emotional Intelligence
  • Books will motivate to Strive towards our Goals
  • Books will change   our thought process

As per my understanding and experience, I figured out that the books will help us to achieve 3 R Process. That is, Re-Think, Re-Analyze and Repair. Re-think is the process that we think back and remember the incidents that happened, Good or bad Habits that we have, Healthy or un healthy Relations that we hold, Goals and targets that we want to achieve in our lives. While reading the book by knowingly or unknowingly, we will start to connect and compare it with what author has mentioned in the book. That’s where the second R(Re-Analyze) will come in Picture. Once we start comparing it with what author has mentioned, we will come to know the Real facts and solutions for the questions like what went wrong, what is good and bad, what to do and not to do, how to handle. Once we know the facts the final R(Repair) will come in picture. Repair is the process that will Repair our Thoughts, Habits, relations as per the Real facts and solutions what we find in Re Analyze process and will help us to Guide in the feature by not taking any bad decision which will affect us badly.

The last but not least. Dear Friends, please start reading good personality development books from today onwards. This only takes 30 mins in a day. I am sure that you're going to love these and will help you to strive and Achieve all your goals and will help to get good Thoughts.

Unable to do Meditation for a while or how to stop thinking unwanted thoughts:

What I said is true “Unable to do Meditation for a while"!!!!!!



The below which I mentioned is My Real Experience and Experiment that I have observed and Implemented in my Life to control the Unwanted thoughts and to do at least 20 min's of meditation.


This is an issue which happen to Everyone initially when They start doing meditation. The day when I started meditation, this was really a problem for me that I was unable to sit in meditation for a while due to various reasons. I was constantly trying to get into meditation but Unable succeed Every time. When I sit for meditation or not in Meditation the thoughts are bombarded in my Mind, Due to those continuous irrelevant thoughts I am so stressed, not able to concentrate on anything and My Mind Acts like a Boiler.

I had a habit of Reading books, When I start reading the Book My eyes point to the content in the page but My Mind is not with me and Travelling all around the world. After finishing the page when I try to re-think what I was understood it is nothing that I understand from the book. The one and only reason is that, my focus and Mind is not with me anymore, I am unable to control My mind instead My mind is controlling me and pulling me out of my focus, due to the reason I feel tired and rest less many times. It’s happening to me every day every minute for the past 25 Years and I think it happens to most of you as well.
One fine Day, I strictly decided At any cost that I want to control my thoughts by Controlling my Mind, but How? This is a Million-dollar question.

At first, I decided to observe the thoughts keenly and analyze those. When I start observing those thoughts, I reliased that 90% of the thoughts are just only Reveries and not at all belongs to me. So, I felt that this is stupid that I am Wasting my time and utilizing my Mind by thinking which is not at all real and not belongs to me. I decided stop thinking those and not really required to analyze which is Good or Bad in that thought.


Then I get in deep of analyzing the other 10% of thoughts. Out of 10% the 3% of thoughts which I am thinking is, Neither I change nor I influence in those, So I felt that this is really not good that I am Wasting my time and utilizing my Mind by thinking which I never Involved and Irrelevant to me. I decided stop thinking those and not required to analyze which is Good or Bad in those thought's.
Out of 7% the 2% of thoughts which are related to something which we feel bad which is Going to be happened to us or our loved ones. Which are Unrealistic thoughts. Not sure Whether they are going to be happened or not, it’s just a thought due to lack of confidence on us. So, There is no use to analyze those thoughts as well.

Rest 5% of the thoughts which I realized that are real and Useful. Which required our attention and Important to take the decisions. These are the thoughts which influence our lives and our beloved ones. So, these are real and useful thoughts which we need to Think in more and analyze and decide. Once I understand about the Thoughts, I started thinking those only which are useful and started Ignoring the others which are irrelevant. Gradually The thoughts are becoming reduced, by any chance If I get the thought which is irrelevant that is out of 95%, I immediately stopped that and turned to think about the one which is useful which is in 5%.
I started doing this as Practice every time when I get a Thought. It took a While for me to Control and Filter the Thoughts. Once, I successfully Filtered the thoughts My focus gradually increased on what I am doing. I am not going to bluff that I am 100% Succeed in that but I could say that there is lot of improvement in me and in my Thoughts.Gradually I achieved a success of 75% to control my mind.


Once after I controlled my thoughts by filtering process, the thoughts which are irrelevant to me gradually decreased. When I sit for mediation there is no more Unusual and irrelevant thoughts which are in my Mind. My Mind is all clear and knows exactly what to think and what not. I am able to succeed in doing the meditation for a while on daily for at least 20 Mins. Once after the meditation, I feel like refurbished and pleasant in my mind. This gives lot of strength to me for improving my Life towards the Golden Opportunities.
Meditation is nothing but keeping our mind calm, pleasant and avoid any kind of thoughts.

Please do a Practice of Thought filtering process. The thoughts which you don’t required to think will be permanently destroyed and the thoughts which you want in life will be welcomed. Please be remember, A beautiful life begins with a beautiful Mind.
